In 1996, we set out to launch a movement that would help people learn, enhance quality of life and change the face of apartment community living forever. The name of this movement is AF Evans Resident Services. Through effective resident service coordination, AF Evans provides tutoring and advanced education in specific areas of study; mentoring and counseling; family workshops and educational field trips for school age students and their families. Today AF Evans Learning Centers exist in California and Washington.

 

AF Evans Resident Services' primary focus is to help adult and student-residents of apartment communities in traditionally under-served areas to reach their potential and live their dreams. Our purpose is to reach out to members of the community, build them up to education and social maturity, train them for success, and assimilate them into society, magnifying their strengths in the process.
