A primary focus at AF Evans Development is identifying residential in-fill and mixed-use project opportunities, particularly transit-oriented, high-density projects in central business districts. Many of our projects are integral to public redevelopment efforts and serve as catalysts for further community development. We are often the "first-mover" in communities that are in need of such redevelopment and our projects have transformed redevelopment areas in San Jose's Japan-town and San Francisco's Tenderloin. To date, we have completed 8,804 units of housing with an additional 1,777 units presently in planning and 879 units under construction.
